About SweepCo
A BC building maintenance company built on a simple idea: service in this industry should be better than people expect.
Why we started
Strata councils, property managers and commercial tenants have all worked with a cleaning company that cancelled without notice, cut corners or was impossible to reach. SweepCo exists to be the opposite of that experience.
Most of the buildings we care for answer to a council or manager who is not on site most of the time. They judge us by what they see, what residents tell them and what we report. So we report everything.
