How we work
Clear communication, transparent pricing and professional staff. Three promises, and the systems that keep them.
The SweepCo Communication Hub
A private space for your strata and council members. It answers the questions councils usually have to chase: did they come, what did they do, and is that problem fixed yet?
- A live service log: every visit time-stamped with before and after photos
- The cleaning calendar, so members know when carpets, windows and pressure washing are booked
- Building notices for move-ins, trades on site and water shut-offs, approved by your property manager
- Report an issue with a photo in under a minute and follow it through to fixed
- A monthly council report: work completed, issues resolved and upcoming work
Standards that do not drift
Consistency is the whole product. These are the systems behind it.
The SweepCo Standards manual
Every staff member is trained on it before their first shift: checklists for each area, the right product for each surface, and what to do when something goes wrong.
The SweepCo Scorecard
Supervisors audit buildings unannounced, area by area. Staff are coached on what they missed, and safety items get fixed the same day.
The same team, every week
Your staff learn your building, your residents and your quirks. Uniformed, ID-badged and background checked.
Transparent pricing
One fixed monthly price. A per-unit cost your council can compare. Price changes explained with the math, never buried in an invoice.
- Your price is fixed for the first 12 months
- After that, one annual adjustment with 60 days' notice
- Extra work only with written approval, at a price agreed first
- Invoiced monthly, with GST shown on every invoice
- Plain-language terms, with your scope attached as Schedule A
Questions councils ask us
We are in a contract with another company. Can we still switch?
Usually, yes. Check your current agreement's notice period. We can time our start date to line up with it and handle the handover so council does not have to.
Who gets access to the Hub?
Strata and council members, plus your property manager. It is set up during your first 30 days.
What happens if something is missed?
Report it in the Hub or call us. We acknowledge it within one business day and fix it by the next service visit, or sooner if it is urgent.
Are your staff insured and covered by WorkSafeBC?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Certificates are provided before your first service.
Do you work in commercial buildings too?
Yes. We clean commercial units in mixed-use strata buildings and standalone commercial properties across the Lower Mainland.
